Project Execution
We will assist you:
- during all of the phases of project execution;
- through regular meetings with the Customer;
- in the definition of what action to take in open points;
- in achieving and maintaining the quality required by the Customer;
- with contracts with Portuguese companies for installation and local experience;
- in recruiting specialised staff for you in Portugal, should the need arise;
- in personally delivering the whole documentation to the administration responsible for the project;
- in ensuring that all invoicing is carefully monitored and delivered to the right people at the right time for the respective approval process;
- in guaranteeing the payment of the invoices in the contractually agreed dates.
