The Swiss company SADAMEL has been active in the design and manufacture of ticket distribution systems for public transport since 1955.

The following equipment is produced with interconnectivity: stationary distributors, validators, ticket office machines.

These items of equipment are capable of managing all types of ticketing, whether paper, magnetic card, also chip cards, with contact or contactless.

SADAMEL supplied the Portuguese Railway Company (CP) in Lisbon and Porto with the complete automatic ticket distribution systems comprising of 230 ticket vending machines and 313 validators.

For the SATU project – Oeiras, SADAMEL supplied the complete ticket distribution system, comprising of 7 ticket vending machines, 15 validators and 10 passenger access systems (turnstiles).
